- Liquid drum unloading and sampling isolator for highly toxic pharmaceutical compounds
- Full touch screen HMI that allows for monitoring the running and maintenance status of the isolator as well as fault diagnostics
- Isolator is fully GAMP 5 (cat 5) qualified
- 'Traffic light' type indicator to allow quick status check of isolator
- Upper chamber incorporates fully automated nitrogen purge and pressure control circuit
- Lower chamber has constant speed extract fan
- Drum lifting and tilting mechanism to allow for 100% removal of all liquids from the drum
- Samples are removed from the upper chamber via combined continuous liner/Rapid Transfer Port
- Automated dip pipe arrangement, which can be hermetically sealed to the drum
- Liquid transfer from the drum is achieved by pressurising the drum with nitrogen
- Blow down and flushing facility for liquid transfer lines and dip pipe
