OVERFLOW TOP REACTOR SAMPLER - Sampling Systems Liquid / Slurries > Reactor Crystalliser Hydrogenator > Overflow Top Reactor Sampler

  • Extracts a liquid sample from reactors and vessels via a dip pipe.
  • Sample is representative, fixed volume and cannot overflow the sample bottle.
  • Large valve ports and minimal dead space prevent plugging.
  • All wetted parts are made from corrosion resistant materials.

Operation

  • The dip pipe is purged using nitrogen.
  • Vacuum is applied and sample is drawn through the stand pipe which overflows and fills the sample chamber.
  • Nitrogen is applied and excess sample in the sample chamber is drained off.
  • The fixed volume of sample in the standpipe is transferred to the sample bottle.

  • Borosilicate glass chamber and sample bottle.
  • Overfill protection and check valve.
  • Kalrez® O-Rings.
  • ISO GL 45 standard bottle connection.
  • Rating Pressure: 0 to 10 bar gauge Temperature: -29 to 180° C.

  • Utilities panel for nitrogen, vacuum and vent as in working model.
  • Needle Septum Block with Cabinet for contained transfer of sample to bottle.
  • Glovebox for High Containment OEL applications.
  • Sample bottle connection can be machined to suit customer supplied bottle.
  • Hastelloy® solvent flush valve
